Please look through the menu below, and choose one activity to practice throughout the month, or pick a few activities to try out



1. Take the VIA character strengths survey 
It takes less than 15 minutes to learn about your strengths and think about how you currently use or can use your core character strengths to buffer against, manage, and over challenges. 


2. Fill out the social network survey
Draw your friends network map or fill out the social connections web to get connected with family and  friends and utilize your support systems to increase your resilience.
3. Create your self-care plan 

Engage in practices that replenish your energy and increase your productivity and focus. 

4. Take the self-compassion test 

With self-compassion we give ourselves the same kindness and care we'd give to a good friend. See how self-compassionate you are and complete one of the self-compassion exercises. 

5. Set a personal goal 
Make it specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Take a few minutes to visualize in detail    what it would be like to achieve it.
